Everything on the earth was a glorious green as far as the eye could see. The joyful open aviary was in full throat as the birds of prey stalked the 30 mph winds. The freedom of open country and falling water shouted out to all who could hear. What a blessing to be in such a beautiful place with a loved one. My mother and I basked in the majesty of landscape as we witnessed a perfect sunset on the Palouse.
